Lisa brings eighteen years of intense experience in operational management of medical practices and physician billing.

Previously, Lisa was the Vice President of Operations for a large privately owned physician billing company in Conshohocken. Lisa was responsible for all the day to day operations overseeing the information technology, charge entry, payment posting, customer service and A/R follow up departments consisting of over 70 employees. The company processed over 2 million procedures annually, representing over $220 million of physician charges.

Prior to joining the physician billing company in 1997, Lisa managed a large physician practice in Philadelphia with over $1.2 million in annual revenue. In addition to supervising clinical and clerical staff, she was also responsible for billing and accounts receivable.

Simultaneously to managing the large physician practice, she was the Physician Enrollment Specialist for a 51-physician primary care network for a large hospital system in the Philadelphia region whom owned the physician practice since 1995.

Lisa is a member of the AMBA (American Medical Billing Association) and a CMRS (Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist).

Ginny brings eighteen years of varied coding experience for office and hospital based physicians. Ginny has played an important role in helping physicians reduce the number of claim rejections through proper coding and education.

Previously, Ginny was the Director of Coding and Compliance for a large privately owned physician billing company in Conshohocken. Ginny lead an experienced staff of 6 registered nurses that performed chart audits, CPT and ICD9 coding reviews. She would routinely conduct seminars to physician clients regarding compliance, proper coding and revenue enhancements.

A former emergency room nurse, her teaching career began as a Clinical Instructor for Critical Care and the Emergency Department of Lankenau Hospital, and was an Instructor of Theory and Clinical Fundamentals of Medical-Surgical Nursing for 4 years at Bryn Mawr Hospital. She was an Instructor at Wiedner University’s College of Nursing and Delaware County Community College.

Ginny graduated from West Chester University with a BS in Nursing, and received her MS in Nursing from Villanova University in 1986. Ginny received her certification in coding in 2000 from American Association of Procedural Coders.
